Refund Policy

All party deposits are non refundable, however we will allow when possible a change of date or time, subject to availability. All play session purchases are non-refundable but are amendable up to 24 hours prior to the booking. No amendments can be made on the day of the booking or for past bookings.
If a payment has been made in error, please contact us as soon as possible. All refunds are at the directors discretion.
